Eden’s Project a youthwork charity established 20 years ago has supported over 2,000 young people achieve their true potential, through mentoring, support and providing positive opportunities. They had the opportunity to purchase the buildings they had over this time. Prettys solicitors reviewed the existing lease and advised on the legal position. Suffolk ProHelp support gave much needed clarity and enabled Eden’s Project to move forward with fundraising for the building purchase, which has now been achieved and has secured the long term future of the charity.
