The village hall were looking to strengthen their community and create the opportunity for new activities identified the need for a new community building. Pavis architects carried out a  fesability and surveyed the community to engage their ideas. A hands on exhibition was organised in September for the village to attend. From the feasibility study, it became apparent that  a new hall was needed and that extending and renovating the existing hall was not a cost effective option. A trustee said ‘Pro help was very beneficial in our planning and decision stages.  We have saved a huge amount of money using Pavis, so far we haven’t incurred any costs in the planning stages”
